GBC did a fantastic job on my 1955 home. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. They power-washed, restored and painted the exterior, repaired fascia, installed new windows, and added beautiful custom awnings. Big thanks to the whole crew—highly recommend GBC!”
“Last year we started two projects with GBC. We had a roof leak in our granny flat, and of course it was during the rainy season! GBC tarped our roof so we would not have any additional damage while we were waiting to start the re-roofing. We also had solar they had to take off and reinstall. Once the roof was completed, we started on repairing and Tex-Cote CoolWall strip and paint. Our eves were rotted and they had to replace all that too.
The work took a bit of time because we have the area of two large homes. They did a great job. They inspected with me a number of times to make sure I was happy with the their progress. Their constant refrain was, are you happy? It was, whatever you need to complete the job to your satisfaction.
